Licensed Clinical Social Worker
NWAWS is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide trauma-informed therapy, advocacy, and case management for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. This role focuses on empowering clients through individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and personalized support plans in a survivor-centered environment.

Bilingual Outreach Advocate
NWAWS is seeking a Bilingual Outreach Advocate to provide crisis support, advocacy, and case management for survivors in shelter and the Rehousing Program. This role includes answering crisis calls, connecting families to resources, assisting with admissions and departures, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment while collaborating with the team and participating in the on-call rotation. Must be bilingual in Spanish and able to translate forms and other documents as needed.
